About this role
- Payment Accounting: Manage cash and bank receipts/payments — receive and review payment requests
- Verify, reconcile and collect invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare payment orders and monitor payment transactions
- Collect bank statements, record accounting entries and reconcile account balances for arising transactions
- Internal Accounting: Issue invoices and record revenue
- Record and account for daily financial transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to handle and resolve related issues
- Perform period-end closing entries and cost calculations
- Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) declarations in accordance with annual regulatory requirements
- Prepare internal reports as requested by the Board of Directors
- Collect, organize and archive accounting documents and records in a complete and systematic manner
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in e-commerce and logistics/delivery operations is preferred
- College degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Honest, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Proficient in accounting software such as MISA and FAST
- Experienced in working with and operating accounting software systems and related platforms
