About this role

  • Core System Development: Design and build high-speed backend services and APIs using Node.js or Golang to directly support the system, Product Game support tools, and optimize Marketing UA (User Acquisition) campaigns.
  • Data Processing and Management: Work with PostgreSQL. Directly design database schemas, write and optimize queries.
  • System Integration: Collaborate closely with the UI development team (using Next.js) to design smooth data flows, ensuring internal tools operate efficiently and are user-friendly.
  • Operation & Optimization: Participate in source code deployment, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure internal tools maintain high stability and availability.
  • Business analysis: Working with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to understand real-world problems, and then proposing and digitizing processes into effective technological solutions.

What we're looking for

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Backend Developer or equivalent position.
  • Proficient and practical experience with Node.js or Golang (candidates proficient in both languages ​​are a significant advantage).
  • Solid foundation in SQL, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB (understanding indexing and query optimization).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, system design, and basic Git/GitLab usage.
  • Strong systems thinking, clear logic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proactive in work, not afraid of challenges when tackling large system problems, and able to work in a team.
  • Proficient in using Vibe Code, proactively updating and applying AI to daily work to increase efficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Next.js, VueJS, or possessing a Fullstack development mindset.
  • Experience working with Docker, Linux environments, or building CI/CD pipelines.
