About this role
- Design puzzle mechanics, level progression and meta-systems for our casual titles
- Author clear design documents — pillars, feature specs, economy sheets and tuning tables
- Prototype new features quickly in Unity or on paper and iterate based on playtest data
- Partner with data and product to analyze KPIs and turn findings into concrete design changes
- Tune difficulty curves and player progression across hundreds of levels
- Review builds with art, engineering and QA to protect the feel of the game
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing mobile casual or puzzle games
- At least one shipped title where you owned level design or a core system end to end
- Track record of using analytics (retention, funnel, monetization) to guide design
- Fluent in spreadsheets for economy, pacing and progression modelling
Skills
- Strong sense for game feel, readability and onboarding in casual titles
- Comfortable prototyping in Unity or with lightweight tools (Tiled, Figma, Miro)
- Familiar with live-ops — events, seasons, A/B testing and soft launches
- Clear written communication and a player-first mindset
