About this role
- Set the product strategy for Skylink Labs' AI portfolio — MagicSwap and future apps
- Lead a small team of PMs, designers and researchers toward a clear, ambitious roadmap
- Partner with AI engineering on what's possible, what's fast and what's worth shipping
- Own key metrics — activation, retention, monetization — and the experiments behind them
- Represent the product to leadership, partners and, when needed, the press
- Build a product culture that's fast, data-honest and obsessed with user outcomes
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years leading PM teams
- Shipped consumer AI or creative tools at meaningful scale (1M+ MAU)
- Strong quantitative background — comfortable writing your own SQL and reading A/B tests
- Experience with monetization models (subscription, credits, IAP)
Skills
- Sharp product judgment and a bias toward shipping over deliberating
- Excellent written communication — strategy memos, launch briefs, decision docs
- Hands-on mentor for PMs and partner of choice for designers and engineers
- Comfortable operating in a bilingual EN/VI environment
