About this role

Game Design: Create and update Game Design Documents (GDDs) for Mobile Game projects.
Design gameplay, game loops, levels, and in-game systems; balance parameters to optimize player experience.
Design features and monetization systems, and assist in developing level creation tools as needed.
Collaborate with Developers and Artists to ensure design concepts are executed accurately.
Ensure game content is developed and updated according to schedule.
Data Analysis & Product Optimization: Track and analyze operational metrics (Retention, Drop Rate, Playtime, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
Evaluate gameplay performance, propose feature improvements, and optimize user experience (UX).
Analyze data to enhance product performance and achieve business KPIs.
Market Research: Research Mobile Game trends and analyze competitor products.
Propose ideas, features, and product development directions based on market trends and data.
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and market-savvy Game Designer to join our product development team at a dynamic gaming tech company. This role involves gameplay design, operational data analysis, market research, and close collaboration with engineering and art teams to optimize player experience and achieve business goals.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Game Designer or in an equivalent role.
Experience in Mobile Game development (Hyper Casual, Casual, Puzzle) is preferred.
Strong understanding of gameplay design, game balancing, game economy, and the Mobile Game market.
Knowledge of data analysis and probability/statistics; basic familiarity with Unity (C#) is a plus.
