About this role
- Game Documentation Design & Game Systems Balancing: Create clear and well-structured game design documents (GDDs) for Hyper Casual and Puzzle game projects.
- Ensure Developers and Artists fully understand the game concept so they can implement game systems and create assets that align with the intended design.
- Collaborate closely with Developers to design balanced game systems and develop level creation tools.
- Balance in-game parameters to deliver the best possible player experience.
- Design monetization flows for assigned game projects.
- Ensure user retention meets the benchmark targets for the game genre.
- Optimize gameplay and overall user experience.
- Ensure sufficient game content is continuously available for players.
- Data Analysis & Product Performance Improvement: Continuously monitor player data to evaluate drop rate and monetization performance.
- Propose product development directions to achieve target KPIs.
- Improve player drop rate.
- Increase average playtime per session.
- Increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Competitor Game Research & Analysis: Play and evaluate competitor games to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Recommend product development strategies by leveraging competitors' weaknesses and enhancing the competitive advantages of Skylink Studio's games.
What we're looking for
MUST HAVE
- 2 years experience
- Proficient in Unity
- Extensive experience in creating convenient and clear Design files.
- Knowledge of UI design
Nice to have
- Good aesthetic sense for Art, UI
- Ability to grasp trends
- Understand the psychology of users over 40 years old
