About this role
- Management: Planning product tasks follow Scrum Framework;
- Work closely with development team to ensure products/features are well produced/implemented according to management requirements;
- Risk management for deadlines and team tasks, regularly reporting progress to management.
- Product quality: Manage and improve products KPIs (Retention/ROAS)
- Communication: Communicate well with multiple teams/departments (BOD, Marketing) to ensure transparent communication with everyone
What we're looking for
Degree
- Bachelor's degree
Knowledge
- Have at least 2 years experiences in the Mobile Game Development, especially experiences in management and product analysis
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team
Technical skills
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Plus: Have knowledge on using Notion
Other requirements
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone
- An excellent listener and good at other communication skills
