About this role

  • Cross-platform testing: : Plan and execute tests (primarily manual testing) for H5 games (developed using Phaser 4) and mobile games on both iOS and Android operating systems.
  • In-app environment testing: Ensure H5 games run smoothly without display errors or performance degradation when running directly in the in-app browser of platforms such as TikTok.
  • Quality & Performance Assurance: Test UX/UI elements and optimize performance (loading time, FPS, battery drain, overheating) for both web and app games.
  • Bug Tracking: Record and describe bugs in detail (including logs, videos, and screenshots) in the management system; monitor and coordinate with the development team (frontend/backend) for acceptance testing after fixing.

What we're looking for

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA/Tester role, including mandatory experience in game testing (Mobile or Web/H5).
  • Proficient in software testing workflows, able to write detailed test plans and test cases, and capable of covering edge cases.
  • Proficient in using debugging and API request capture tools such as Chrome DevTools (for H5 game testing), Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or Postman (for tracking/IAP flow testing).
  • Understanding of guidelines and review standards of the Apple App Store, Google Play (for mobile), and mini-game platforms (for H5).
  • Careful, meticulous, and possessing strong logical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate issues with the development team.

  • Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is a significant advantage.
