About this role
- Design, train and deploy AI/ML models for image processing, generation and enhancement
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures — diffusion, GANs, transformers
- Optimize model inference for mobile and edge deployment (Core ML, ONNX, TensorRT)
- Collaborate with product and backend to ship AI features into MagicSwap and other Labs apps
- Build and maintain training pipelines, data preprocessing and evaluation frameworks
- Drive A/B tests and production monitoring to keep models healthy after launch
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering or applied research
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with computer vision and image-generation models
Skills
- Deep understanding of CNN, GAN, diffusion and transformer architectures
- Experience with model optimization — quantization, pruning, ONNX, TensorRT
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Vertex AI)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a research-driven mindset
