What we're looking for

Thiết kế graphic assets: creative quảng cáo, banner, screenshot/feature image cho App Store & Google Play, social media.

    Dựng và edit video: trailer/app preview, video demo tính năng, video quảng cáo (Facebook/TikTok/Google Ads), nội dung dạng UGC cho TikTok/Reels/Shorts.

      Ứng dụng các công cụ AI (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Suno, ComfyUI, v.v.) để tăng tốc độ và chất lượng sản xuất nội dung.

        Phối hợp với team Marketing/Product để lên ý tưởng, kịch bản, mood board, đảm bảo bám sát brief và mục tiêu chiến dịch.

          Đảm bảo tính nhất quán của visual identity/brand MagicSwap trên mọi kênh.

            Cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế, video, AI tool trong ngành App và Beauty để đề xuất cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.

              Hướng dẫn, review chất lượng sản phẩm của Junior Designer/Video Editor.

                Tư duy storytelling tốt, khả năng biến ý tưởng/brief thành sản phẩm sáng tạo, thu hút.

                  Khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm, chịu được deadline gấp và tốc độ sản xuất cao — đặc thù của ngành app/growth marketing.

                    Đọc hiểu tiếng Anh tốt để nghiên cứu xu hướng và tài liệu quốc tế.

                      Chủ động, cầu tiến, sẵn sàng cập nhật công cụ/công nghệ AI mới liên tục.

                        Ưu tiên (Nice to have)

                          Đã từng làm creative cho ứng dụng AI, ứng dụng làm đẹp hoặc app chỉnh sửa ảnh/video.

                            Có kiến thức cơ bản về UI/UX để phối hợp tốt hơn với team Product.

                              Có kinh nghiệm A/B test creative và đọc hiểu số liệu quảng cáo.

                                Biết thêm về motion graphic nâng cao hoặc công cụ dựng 3D.

                                  Có kinh nghiệm quản lý/đào tạo Junior Designer.
