About this role
- Assign tasks and define growth directions for the Game Designer team
- Build plans to coach and elevate the capability of Game Designers
- Work with the Production Lead to shape new game development plans
- Guide design documentation or directly own design work for products
- Track and join projects directly to keep them on schedule
- Partner with developers to shape game data design
- Double-check and balance key product metrics
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in game design
- Strong understanding of the mobile games market with a sharp sense for trends
- Solid product analysis and evaluation knowledge
- Working knowledge of probability, statistics and Unity (C#)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong at research, processing and synthesizing information
- Fast learner with an open mindset to others' ideas
- Friendly, curious and passionate about playing and building games
