About this role
- Build and manage the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog, ensuring game production progress aligns with business objectives.
- Make sharp product decisions by integrating actual data, gameplay insights, market benchmarks, team resources, and business objectives.
- Define and clarify product/game feature requirements (PRD, User Story, acceptance criteria) for accurate and timely team implementation.
- Directly contribute to Game Design direction, balancing gameplay and optimizing user experience (UX/UI).
- Collaborate on new ideas and game mechanics to enhance product appeal and depth.
- Evaluate product quality, monitor, and analyze in-depth data to propose optimization and improvement strategies for the game from testing to official release.
- Coordinate and work effectively with internal teams including Dev, Art, Game Design, QA, Data, UA, and Monetization.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner, Game Producer, or Lead Game Designer role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Game Design principles and mobile game monetization models (IAA, IAP, Hybrid).
- Ability to read and analyze key game metrics: Retention, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, session length, playtime, funnel, cohort, ad revenue, IAP conversion.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Dev, Art, Game Design, QA, Data, UA, and Monetization teams.
- Proactive, with a strong 'startup warrior' spirit.
- High sense of responsibility, focusing on quality and ultimate business results.
- Genuine passion for games, demonstrated by regular gaming habits.
- Ability to critically analyze games from a product perspective.
- Experience with a globally launched game product that achieved good results is a significant advantage.
