About this role
Recruitment
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, database)
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high-quality hires
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
Culture (EB/IC)
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives across social platforms
- Create engaging recruitment content (job posts, storytelling, culture highlights)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand
- Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Develop and distribute internal content (announcements, newsletters, campaigns)
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization
Other
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Provide support for HR operations tasks such as attendance tracking and HR data consolidation
- Contribute to HR projects and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager
- Coordinate with HR/Admin on employee lifecycle processes when required
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we're looking for
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Good sense of content creation and storytelling (especially for EB/IC)
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
