About this role
- Talent Acquisition (40%): Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process and onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines; develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and communities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience; prepare recruitment reports and hiring progress updates
- Support employer branding initiatives; participate in university relations, internship programs and recruitment events
- People Operations (35%): Manage employee records; prepare labor contracts, renewals, appendices and HR-related decisions
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures; monitor probation periods and contract renewals
- Manage attendance, leave records and employee data; prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll
- Support social insurance procedures and benefits administration; ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Office Administration (20%): Manage office assets, equipment, supplies, vendors, office budget and logistics for meetings, visitors and company activities
- Employee Experience & Engagement (5%): Support engagement activities, internal events, company culture and cross-functional HR projects
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
- Proven experience managing both recruitment and HR operational activities
- Strong understanding of labor law, social insurance procedures and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in Gaming, Mobile Game, Mobile App, Technology Product or Startup environments is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting Game Development positions (Unity Developer, Game Designer, QA/QC, Artist, Product, Data) is preferred; familiarity with the Gaming talent market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and serve as the primary HR representative for the Hanoi office
