About this role

  • Partner with Biz, Content and Product to build creative scripts — analyzing USP and user behavior, crafting messaging for each market
  • Work with the Creative team to produce, review and assure quality of creative ads
  • Propose and present UA campaign plans (budget, timeline, KPIs) to the Board of Directors
  • Execute UA campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Unity, AppLovin, IronSource and others
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance, evaluate target groups and respond quickly to market shifts
  • Use AdMob, AppLovin and similar tools to track behavior and performance, with deep analysis by creative and ad network
  • Analyze past campaigns and provide recommendations to product, content and creative teams

What we're looking for

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of User Acquisition experience for mobile games or apps
  • Proven experience independently running and managing large advertising budgets across multiple ad networks
  • Proficient in Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics and AdMob
  • Deep understanding of CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, IPM and Retention with hands-on optimization

Skills

  • Strong multitasking — can run multiple campaigns at once and hit KPIs
  • Sharp analytical thinking with data-driven, insight-based decision-making
  • Strong communication and teamwork with Creative, Product, Content and Data teams
  • Experience at an international publisher or ASO knowledge is a strong plus
