About this role
- As a UA Specialist (App) at Skylink Labs, you will design, execute, and optimize performance-driven user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms—including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads—to scale paid user growth for our mobile applications. You’ll manage a substantial monthly budget of up to $1,000,000, focusing on key efficiency metrics such as CPA, CPL, and ROAS. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll leverage data insights, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration—especially with Creative—to continuously refine targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and conversion funnels.
What we're looking for
Knowledge
- Proficient in Meta Ads and at least one of the following channels: Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and use reporting tools to support optimization goals.
- Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and corresponding optimization methods.
Skills
- Skills in planning, tracking, and managing work progress.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in UA for game or app.
- Direct experience managing a budget of 1,000,000 USD/month for one or multiple markets.
Preferences
- Experience in industries such as cosmetics, aesthetics, dental, beauty, lifestyle, or high-ticket services.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with international markets.
- A meticulous and polished working style.
