About this role

  • Project Development & Quality Assurance: Participate in developing core gameplay systems and features for Puzzle / Tile / Match game genres
  • Get involved in all development stages: Prototype → Production → Release → LiveOps
  • Collaborate with Game Designers to build internal tools for balancing and gameplay tuning
  • Work closely with Artists / Animators to integrate assets and animations meeting Unity standards
  • Optimize game performance (FPS, memory, build size) across multiple target devices
  • Propose creative ideas and technical improvements to enhance player experience
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Design, Art, QA, and PM teams to ensure project quality and delivery timelines
  • Proactively communicate, report progress, and suggest technical solutions when issues arise
  • (Mid-upper level) Mentor junior team members or interns
  • This role involves developing core gameplay systems and features for Puzzle / Tile / Match games, participating in all development stages from prototype to LiveOps. You will collaborate with Game Designers to build internal tools, integrate assets with Artists/Animators per Unity standards, and optimize performance across devices. Additionally, you will support cross-functional teams and mentor junior members at the mid-upper level.

What we're looking for

Must Have

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Unity (C#) game development
  • Proficient in OOP and Design Patterns, with solid knowledge of Unity project architecture
  • Participated in at least 2 completed game projects (team-based or individual)
  • Experienced in performance optimization (FPS, batching, memory, GC)
  • Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about game programming, especially Puzzle / Match-3 / Match-Triple genres

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Addressables, Asset Bundles, or internal tooling
  • Basic knowledge of Shaders, VFX, and Animation Controllers
  • Prior experience in commercial Puzzle game projects is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Git / Plastic SCM
  • Hands-on experience with Crash/ANR handling, profiling, and debugging
