About this role

  • Help launch, manage and optimize UA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.
  • Track key campaign metrics — CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS — to evaluate performance and identify areas to improve
  • Support A/B testing of ad creatives and analyze results to improve effectiveness
  • Research market trends, competitor ads and user behavior to inform UA strategy for new games
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to provide insights that enhance game marketability
  • Learn and apply best practices from various ad networks
  • Support campaign reporting and documentation on a weekly and monthly basis

What we're looking for

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of UA experience
  • Basic understanding of mobile advertising and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficient in English, comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel

Skills

  • Passionate about mobile games and user growth
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, team-oriented and adaptable
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta or attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT) or a product-thinking mindset is a bonus
